We understand that self build projects are not a sprint and that life gets in the way!
design + spec is our way of curbing the ambiguity of a full house renovation/ fit out. We curate & develop your fitted interior scheme, focussing on hard architectural finishes & joinery design. We then supply you with the necessary documents to budget for the furniture, technical details to ensure services are installed correctly within position putting you then in the comfortable position to order your custom designed & manufactured fitted furniture as and when the build & project resources allow.

Splitting the package into a design package & a fabrication package also allows our clients to chose which items of furniture are key at that moment. We then manufacture & deliver within 8-10 weeks.
Kripa, Berkhamstead
As of April 2023, we have spent 1.5 years designing and developing the interior architectural joinery package of Kripa. This multi-room, concept to completion fabrication package is due for completion mid 2024.
